living well in the morning: 3 daily habits in our morning routine
One: Drink Warm Lemon Water
Literally, the simplest health tip ever, drinking warm lemon water first thing in the morning is like taking an internal bath. Get your whole system hydrated, energized and balanced before you start your day. We love using Pressed Juicery's spicy lemon h20 that includes a dash of cayenne for great circulation. Try this simple habit for one week and tell us you don't feel the difference! LEARN MORE
Two: Dry Brush daily
This quick and easy practice before showering is one of the most effective ways to increase circulation, brighten and exfoliate the skin, and promote detoxification. Plus we love the excuse to keep a beautiful, all-natural wood and boar bristle brush lying around. Using long gentle strokes, brush upwards towards from the feet toward the heart. The whole process should take about 5 minutes.

Three: make a collagen latte
We're all about Bulletproof coffee, but some mornings we like to mix it up with high-protein, collagen-boosting gelatin. Dry, clean-sourced gelatin powder is not the same thing as the fruit-flavored blubber that may first come to mind. A teaspoon of plain gelatin boosts skin elasticity, supports joints, hair, nails, digestion and liver health. One of our favorite hormone pros gave us this inside tip and we've been loving it ever since.
Simply add 1 tsp of gelatin powder into your daily coffee. Flash in the blender and watch it froth better than the best cappuccino ! LEARN MORE
