Why We’re Flipping Over The New Pressed Juicery Venice

There aren't many places like Venice, California. And what would Venice be without Abbot Kinney Boulevard? ...And the surf and the street art and the boardwalk, but you get what we're saying.

With so many of our favorite L.A. restaurants and shops dotted down this vibey Venice street, it's no mistake that we find ourselves hanging around the AK hood at least once a week.

That frequency may spiral out of control now that L.A. original, Pressed Juicery Venice has finally opened shop. Not only does the new location offer green juice galore, but their addictively clean dessert, Freeze can be found there, along with the brand new Heat line of warm drinks from reishi lattes to immunity tonics.

Go see the new store, grab one of our personal faves (greens 1, a shot of ginger and chocolate Freeze) and make a full afternoon of it with a trip to a few of these Abbot Kinney hotspots...

To Shop: We love Cuyana's collection of timelessly chic, mindfully crafted clothing, bags and accessories. Stone Cold Fox is a perfect place for the sexy boho babe to build out her wardrobe (check out this guide to Abbot Kinney by the ladies behind the brand). Urbanic perfectly adorable stationary, candles and other sweet essentials.

To Snack: Gjelina draws a crowd from all corners of L.A. for reasons you have to taste to understand (though this mushroom toast recipe will provide a pretty good idea). GreenLeaf adds more health-inspired, leafy goodness to the neighborhood. NYC-hailing Butcher's Daughter couldn't be dreamier with pretty cocktails and plant-based eats.

To Sip: Pressed Juicery is our go to for fruit and veggie juices (and now warming lattes and tonics too). Stop by local chocolate makers, ZenBunni for a biodynamic chocolate chai tea that's as cozy as they come.
