RECENT EMMY NOM, Mandy Moore is no stranger to the wellness scene.
As a crucial player in the binge-worthy TV tear-jerker that is This Is Us, Mandy has re-emerged as the girl-next-door we always wished actually lived next door ever since she hit us with those very first pop tunes (Candy, anyone?).
While Mandy often shares her self-care adventures on social media (face masks and CBD anyone?), we wanted to know how she actually lives on an average morning at home and asked her to participate in our Mornings With... Series here.
A couple of things that Mandy shared surprised us. One, her early rise time (can you blame an LA lady who has access to such great hikes?) and, two, her extremely savvy hydration recipe with chlorophyll and ginger.
