How To Spend 48 Hours In Barcelona
WHERE TO EAT:
Joliu Coffee — A rustic and magical plant and coffee shop.
The Green Spot — One of our favorite vegetarian restaurants with an upscale vibe and a low-key attitude. Incredible organic appetizers, salads, gluten-free pizza and biodynamic wine. We wish the spot would come to L.A.!
Honest Greens — Plant-based bowls, plates and sides with vegan, vegetarian and paleo options. Stay for the divine vegan desserts.
Chef Teresa Carles has over 35 years of experience crafting some of Barcelona’s most delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Her restaurants — Teresa Carles, Flax and Kale, Teresa’s Juicery and Teresa’s — offer a modern, healthy take on traditional Catalan cuisine. Margot House — A gorgeous, minimal and chic boutique hotel with a stunning library and lounge. The perfect place to host an event, work meeting or partake in a workshop led by locals. Host a private event and call in healthy catering from one of Barcelona’s finest, Green Mama.
