Rolled Oats With Blueberry Compote + Almond Butter

Hygge is happening every which way we look. The Danish concept of comfort is our ultimate winter inspo, and we stumbled upon plenty of it inside 26 Grains during a recent trip to London.

After spending a year in Copenhagen, Alex Hely-Hutchinson opened 26 Grains to bring a little of that hygge-life home. The restaurant specializes in cozy consumables geared towards a breakfast crowd, but with plenty to pine over for lunch and dinner too. From sweet and savory porridge that's almost too pretty to eat, to colorful curries and flower-dotted toasts, every dish is healthy, simple and satisfying (just the way we like it).
