Your Guide to Manifesting a Better 2025 with Micro Goals

The new year has a way of making us all feel like visionaries, doesn’t it? It’s when aspirations seem shinier, and the idea of stepping into your best self feels perfectly plausible. But once the glow of January fades, how do you keep the magic alive without fizzling out by mid-February?

According to Sia-Lanu Estrella, manifestation expert and author of The Rainbow Tablets: Abundance and Sacred Co-Creation, the secret lies not in grand gestures but in the quiet power of consistent action. Think less “waiting for the universe to deliver” and more “making small moves every day that align with your goals.”

If you’re ready to channel that fresh-start energy into something lasting, Sia-Lanu’s approach might just be the blueprint you’ve been looking for. Her five tips show how actionable micro-goals can take your manifestation practice from fleeting inspiration to grounded reality. Here's how to start.

1. Identify your monthly magic and miracles

No doubt, your highest vision will seem “big”. And it should! The last thing you want is to keep your dreams small. Yet, bringing such an expansive vision into reality can seem overwhelming. Before you can start with daily actions, first break down your vision to your focus for that month.

Get yourself a manifestation journal. On the first day of each month, come into a connected state and write down 5 to 10 manifestation goals for that month. Some may be quite practical, whereas others might feel more miraculous and like they are “up to the universe”.

Next to each monthly manifestation goal, draw three stars. When you initiate action, colour in the first star. Once you have made progress, colour the second. When the goal is achieved, colour the third. This will help you see your progress at a glance and keep you motivated. And it’s ok if some goals need to carry over to the following month. As long as your first two stars are coloured in, you are actively manifesting that goal.

2. Take 3 steps towards your goals each day

To manifest at your highest ability, you must shift from 3D life into being the Master Creator of your reality. Having a morning practice is paramount. This will centre your energy and connect you to abundance, magic and miracles. And it isn’t time intensive. This 10-minute Rainbow Pyramid Sovereignty Practice will realign your frequency so you are creating your highest possibilities for the day. If you have more time, after the Rainbow Pyramid you could add yoga, time in nature, journalling, or breath practice.

At the end of your morning practice, read your monthly magic and miracles list. Breathe each manifestation goal into every cell in your body and out into your energy field. This “encodes” it into your frequency to both attract and amplify what you desire.

Next, commit to three actions or micro-goals for that day. For example, if you are manifesting an opportunity to raise your profile, your three actions might be: research podcasts you would like to be a guest on, put together a pitch document, email the top five.

If you have a busy day ahead, your daily action could be as small as making a phone call or sending an email. Then, on days when you can carve out more time, dive into the chunkier actions. By committing to three micro-goals each day, you will be amazed at the momentum your manifestations gain.

3. Hold yourself accountable and celebrate

One of the biggest reasons people fail in their manifestations is that they sink into the “day to day” and lose connection to their highest vision. Each night, come back to your manifestation journal for five minutes. Harness the power of 333 by writing:

  • 3 things you are grateful for in that day
  • 3 micro-goals you completed that day
  • 3 moments of magic or kindness in that day.

Really celebrate what you created in that day and let your heart expand with joy. Then connect with your highest vision. Breathe into it and feel it as though it is already your reality. Then celebrate how this day brought you closer to it.

This 333 practice holds you accountable. And it sends a pulse out to the universe. By celebrating your gratitude, progress and the magic, you are showing the universe you want more of this. So, the energy will align to deliver more to you. This elevates your timeline and brings your manifestation into reality with greater ease and speed.

4. Actively raise your vibration

We’ve been told to think of manifestation as “attraction”, which is a pull energy. But that is just scratching the surface. You are both the magnet and amplifier of all that you are manifesting. Think of it as the infinity symbol. To harness your full power to manifest, you need to move from “pull” energy into “creation” energy. You are a transmission tower and as you raise your frequency, you literally step into a higher reality.

To be the most powerful vessel of manifestation, remove things that lower your frequency. This could include certain types of music or television, alcohol, processed foods and even toxic people. Instead, create more space for the things that elevate you. Exercise, eat nourishing foods, and surround yourself with amazing people. Continue to expand your consciousness. Reading is a great way to do this, even if you can only set aside 15 minutes a day. And you might want to awaken more of your cosmic wisdom through a sacred retreat or online program, such as a Mystery School.

5. Amplify the magic

Two of the biggest amplifiers of manifestation might surprise you: gratitude and kindness. Again, think of the infinity symbol. When you give through acts of kindness, the blessings automatically flow back to you.

When you weave gratitude into your day, you move from “expressing” gratitude to “vibrating” at the frequency of gratitude. Each time you sit down to a meal, offer your gratitude. This is not just words. Really feel it emanate from your heart. Every time abundance flows to you, pause to offer gratitude. When you pay a bill, do so with gratitude because you have that abundance to spend. Remember, the universe will bring you more of what you desire. And your gratitude sends out a pulse to the universe.

Most importantly, gratitude and kindness open your heart. They bring you back to your core essence, which amplifies yourself as the transmission tower. In this way, you manifest more of the magic and really do become the Master Creator of your reality.

Holiday Binge, Who? Elissa Goodman’s Post-Holiday Playbook for Feeling Like You Again

The holidays are a time for love, connection, and endless joy—oh, and let’s not forget the sugar highs, travel chaos, and that third glass of eggnog you probably didn’t need. By the time the new year rolls around, you might feel less like yourself and more like a gingerbread cookie who’s gone off the rails. But fear not! We turned to our favorite holistic nutritionist and cleanse expert, Elissa Goodman, for her ultimate post-holiday reset tips.

Hit the Reset Button with Elissa Goodman

+ Cleanse
After the indulgences of the season, giving your digestive system a reset can work wonders for your energy and overall well-being. My EG Kitchen Digestion Reset Cleanse is a fantastic way to start fresh. Designed to be made fresh and hand-delivered to those in Los Angeles and Orange County, this cleanse is built around nourishing soups, broths, and smoothies that are gentle on the gut and packed with nutrients to support digestion and detoxification.

For added support (or if you don’t live in Los Angeles to order an EG Kitchen Cleanse!) consider incorporating intermittent fasting into your routine. Giving your digestive tract a break between dinner and your first meal the next day (12-16 hours) allows your body to focus on repair and restoration. Pairing intermittent fasting with a focus on nourishing whole foods—loading up on veggies and aiming for 30 grams of fiber daily—can help move those holiday meals through your system, leaving you feeling lighter, more energized, and ready to tackle the new year.

Start each day with a glass of water with sea salt or lemon to rehydrate your body at a cellular level, especially if you’ve been indulging in holiday cocktails or sugary treats. For hydration on the go, add Ultima Replenisher or LMNT packets to your routine - these are my favorite hydration hack. You can also add juicing into your routine for a powerful mineral boost—hydrating your cells and replenishing key nutrients your body may be craving.

+ Movement
Walking 10,000 steps a day is one of the simplest and most effective ways to jumpstart your digestion, clear your mind, and reconnect with your body after the holidays. This gentle movement gets your blood flowing, supports your lymphatic system, and helps release tension.

If you’re looking to add variety, incorporate restorative exercises like yoga or Pilates to stretch and strengthen your muscles while keeping stress levels low. Just 15-20 minutes of intentional movement each day can significantly improve how you feel, both physically and mentally.

For deeper detox support, practices like lymphatic drainage, sauna sessions, or even rebounding can help move stagnant energy and encourage your body’s natural detoxification processes. Adding dry brushing before a shower can also stimulate your lymphatic system and leave you feeling refreshed.

+ Recovery
Mental recovery is just as important as physical recovery, especially after the chaos of the holiday season. Prioritize sleep as your foundation for both. Men should aim for 7-8 hours of quality rest each night, while women often benefit from 9-10. Create a calming bedtime routine by limiting screen time, sipping on herbal tea, and giving yourself permission to fully unwind. Quality rest will reset your energy levels and prepare your mind and body for the year ahead.

Journaling is another powerful tool for mental recovery. Taking just 10 minutes a day to reflect on your thoughts, process emotions, and set intentions for the new year can help you regain clarity and focus. Use this practice to reconnect with yourself and identify what truly matters as you move forward.

For additional support, try guided breathing exercises with the Open Breathwork app to reduce stress and restore a sense of calm. Pair it with Camilla Sacre-Dallerup’s ZenMe app, which offers soothing meditations designed to help you release tension and ground yourself. Together, these practices create a mental reset that will leave you feeling centered, energized, and ready to get back to work.

The post-holiday reset is about more than just bouncing back physically—it’s about setting a tone for 2025 that feels grounded, vibrant, and aligned with your goals. By cleansing your body, moving with intention, and prioritizing recovery, you can head into the new year feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

If you’re ready for the ultimate reset, start with the EG Kitchen Digestion Reset Cleanse and pair it with these practices to truly feel like yourself again. Here’s to making 2025 your best year yet!

We love Anima Mundi’s Adaptogenic Mushroom Powders, and this Chaga pancake recipe is the perfect way to sneak in a little health while you indulge. Packed with Chaga’s stress-busting, immunity-boosting goodness, these pancakes are a perfect excuse to slow down and enjoy the moment—whether you’re feeding the whole family or treating yourself to a quiet, cozy morning at home. Let’s make those holiday mornings a little bit healthier (and a lot more delicious)

Chaga Chocolate Mushroom Pancakes

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Chaga Powder
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Vegan butter to grease the pan

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Chaga powder, baking powder, sea salt, and coconut sugar until evenly combined.
  2. Add the Wet Ingredients: Pour in the plant-based milk and stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free. If the batter feels too thick, you can add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired pancake batter consistency.
  3. Stir in the Chocolate Chips: Gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the batter, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
  4. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegan butter. Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on the first side, until small bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve: Serve your pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or extra chocolate chips.

OPTIONAL GARNISHES:

  • A sprinkle of Cacao powder or more Chaga powder on top
  • Vegan whipped cream or coconut yogurt
  • Sliced bananas or berries

Their Chebula Extreme Cream is a game-changer, using the power of Chebula—a cascading antioxidant—to target five signs of aging. The brand’s dedication to sustainability and efficacy means you can trust this formula to deliver plump, radiant, and healthier-looking skin.

Why It’s Perfect for Winter: Winter isn’t just tough on hydration—it’s tough on aging, too. Cold weather and indoor heat can speed up skin aging, but Chebula’s antioxidant power fights back. This cream deeply hydrates while addressing fine lines, so you can stay dewy and youthful, even in sub-zero temps.

Oak Essentials Ritual Oil

Why We Love It: Oak Essentials was founded on the idea that skincare should be simple, effective, and soothing—and their Ritual Oil is proof. Made with Blue Tansy and a blend of lightweight, fast-absorbing oils, this formula restores the skin’s moisture barrier while soothing irritation. Its vitamin-rich composition leaves you with a fresh, healthy glow.

Why It’s Perfect for Winter: If your skin’s waving a white flag, this oil is its rescue team. Blue Tansy calms down inflammation, while the blend of fast-absorbing oils hydrates without the greasiness. It’s like a tropical vacation for your face, without the plane ticket.

Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser

Why We Love It: Tata Harper’s commitment to 100% natural, non-toxic skincare has earned the brand a devoted following. The Nourishing Oil Cleanser is a perfect example of their "farm-to-face" philosophy. Made with natural oils and esters, it melts away makeup and impurities without disrupting your skin’s natural balance. Every cleanse feels like a mini spa moment.

Why It’s Perfect for Winter: Cold weather and hot showers can strip your skin, but not with this cleanser. Instead of leaving you with that "squeaky clean" tightness, it melts away makeup while keeping your skin’s natural oils intact. The result? Clean, fresh, and fully hydrated skin.

Bring the Heat (and the Sweet) with This Flavor-Packed Salmon

Dinner feeling a little meh? This Sweet Heat Salmon from A Couple Cooks is about to change that. It’s got a thick, glossy glaze that’s sweet, spicy, and so good you’ll be looking for reasons to drizzle it on everything.

Making it is a breeze — broil the salmon for 10 minutes, brush on more of that irresistible sauce, and you’re done. Sonja and Alex Overhiser, the duo behind A Couple Cooks, have a knack for turning everyday meals into something next-level tasty. Want to kick up the heat? Add more hot sauce and get ready for flavor that doesn’t hold back.

Recipe

SERVES 2

Two 6 oz [170 g] salmon fillets, skin on, about 1½ in [4 cm] thick

2 Tbsp salted butter

½ Tbsp Louisiana- or picantestyle hot sauce (such as Valentina, Cholula, Tabasco, or Frank’s) (see Tips)

½ Tbsp sriracha

2 tsp honey

½ tsp soy sauce or tamari

Minced chives, or green onion tops, for garnishing

Instructions

Allow the salmon to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes (see Tips).

In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in the hot sauce, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce. Taste and add additional hot sauce if desired. Pour half of the sauce into a small bowl.

Preheat the broiler to high.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly oil it. Put the salmon on the foil skin side down and sprinkle it with several pinches of kosher salt. Brush the top and sides of the salmon with half of the glaze.

Broil the salmon until just tender and pink at the center, 7 to 10 minutes (thinner salmon will need only 4 to 5 minutes). The internal temperature should reach at least 125°F to 130°F [50°C to 55°C] when measured with a food thermometer at the thickest point.

Remove from the oven and brush with the reserved half of the glaze. Garnish with chives and serve.

Tips

This recipe has a mild-to-medium heat level; increase the hot sauce to your liking to make a spicier dish. Keep in mind that the final dish will taste less spicy than a taste of the sauce directly from a spoon.

It’s important to bring the salmon to room temperature for even cooking in the broiler. If the fish is too cold, it can blacken on the outside without fully cooking through on the inside.

Repurpose this dish as a salmon salad:

Flake the cooked salmon and use it to top chopped romaine with tomatoes, croutons, and Creamy Parmesan Dressing.

Wine Pairing

A dry Riesling is the perfect match for this dish. Its crisp acidity and subtle minerality balance the spicy sweetness of the sauce. For a nonalcoholic pairing, try a zero-proof Riesling (we like Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Riesling).

Cooking Together

Make a side dish together while the salmon comes to room temperature, then one of you can whip up the sauce while the other prepares and broils the salmon.

For Gluten-Free

Use gluten-free soy sauce or tamari.

For Dairy-Free

Use vegan or dairy-free butter.

Storage

Leftovers will keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
